“With Your Food Basket And My Food Basket The Guests Will Be Fed”
At school we have been looking at this statment and deciding what it ment. We decided that the food baskets could mean help so that it is changed to “with help and my help the event will work out”. This is also explaining teamwork and how some things can’t be done with one person. It is also saying that in a team you put in an equal amount of effort or else it is not known as teamwork. We have also looked at “There is no I in teamwork”, This is on my class blog http://www.room29space.edublogs.org
We decided that it meant that teamwork is “we” instead of “I” because if it was “I” then it would mean that one person was doing all the work.
Please descuss your ideas here of the statment and question others.

Hi Louisa - your link showed up in the Room 29 Space admin section, so I thought I would come and see who it was. Who is kempthorneprosser? They have also linked to our site and saw that you also were linked?
Love your blogspace Louisa, it is always very interesting and informative. Try to work out how the blogroll works. Do you have it available in your site admin options?
Anyway, I think that this proverb represents the coming together of a number of people to produce something together as a team - be it a meal, gift, or show. The guests should be treated well, just as if they were coming into your home - they would in turn treat you the same if your were the visitors.
The whole rich task this term incorporates team work, and reaches a final conclusion where the guests ‘will be fed’.
Keep up the awesome site work!

Hi Andrew,
I was searching through heaps of blogs and found it.
I can’t seem to get a blogroll so I made that other thing on the side bar. It doesn’t have a blogroll as a selection.
